After 6 days of constant rain, I woke up to blue skies and a huge dump of fresh snow on the mountains. I caught a scenic flight from Queenstown to Milford Sound and what a spectacular decision that was. Raw, untouched beauty high up in the mountains. This is surely a sight I will never, ever forget.
