I joined photographer Brian Stowell and tour guide Tommy Faris from Olympic Hiking Co. for a weekend trip to explore the Olympic Peninsula. We hit some of the main highlights but also some less traveled ones.
Many times photography often is about reaching the destination and photographing the "highlight", however on this trip I was drawn in by many scenes I discovered along the way. After all, the trails are through an ancient forest where just about anything could happen.
