I love the Rocky Mountain scenery. On an autumn day in the mountains, there seems to be a painting around every corner.

This Kestrel can be found on this dead tree on a regular basis. The Kingfisher landed on a lower branch. The Kestrel wasn't amused.

This male Painted Bunting was singing his heart out when I spotted him on a high line wire. He was very patient and gave me time to get a decent shot.

This proud male turkey was showing off to the females. The dance was amazingly beautiful. As he turned in the light, flashing colors were cool.

This is the same Heron with his Gar lunch. He flew to the shore, I assume because the fish was putting up such a fight.
