Ok ok ok... it isn't at night. I'm sorry, but after editing it and turning into black and white, fashionable cities at night kept springing to mind, like the bokeh of street lamps behind a sophisticatedly drees gentleman or exquisitely posed lady. Just like this rather elegant grebe. So, I like to think that it is at night... even if it wasn't :D.
