Close encounter with a mountain goat in Valhalla Provincial Park, BC. He was somewhere up on a giant cliff wall above me, watching me huff and puff trying to reach this ledge. As soon as I stopped to soak in the view, he lazily made his way down to me and hung out with me for a while, probably in the hopes I'd have some food for him (I didn't). He certainly wasn't very shy - he came within a few feet of me, which is what allowed me to take this wide angle shot of the goat admiring this gorgeous mountain range.
