The Indian River Photography Club took a field trip to Gatorland. The venue allowed photographers early entry and these birds are nesting there naturally. They comfortably nest in the trees that surround the large gator pond. Gatorland isn't a place I'd normally visit, but the amazing beauty of these birds made it well worth it.Editing

Join a photography club in your area. The other photographers know the best locations for any wildlife lovers. These birds at Gatorland are used to the photos and are happy to sit and pose.
