we are used to heave rainfall but on the island its less than on the mainland. There they are used to flooded streets. It started at about nine in the evening until nine the next morningbut this time it was so heavy that the sand was unable to absorb it all. At 2 A.M. Iwrote in facebook that for the first time in 17 years there were pools. The next morning I saw that it was a lagoon all around my house.
