When I moved to my current apt, the sideyards were in bad need of beauty and no trash. I took out the poorly pruned shrubs and planted roses, canna and butterfly bushes. Sadly, at some point mgmt disconnected the water and hired "fake" landscapers who were clueless. They watered nothing and didn't prune, they chopped with no regard to the plant.. I got watering in when I could as my apt was next to this yard. This rose bush was clearly grateful for not being ignored anymore.
