Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my home studio in Sydney Australia.

Time

It was around 11am which helps with filtering natural light the most flattering inside my studio

Lighting

This image was side light with natural light through a sheer curtain

Equipment

Nikon d810 and a nikon 50mm f1.4 lense at 1.8

Inspiration

I was intrigued by my friends freckles and wanted to take an artistic black and white photo to feature her freckles

Editing

Not much, just black and white conversion and some dodging and birthing

In my camera bag

In my bag i have a nikon d810, a nikon d800, 50mm 1.4, 24-70 f2.8, 105mm f2 14mm f2.8. 2 nikon flashes and flash triggers. I also have wireless shutter release as i take alot of self portraits
