When I made my way back to where we started I thought that it looked as if the mist was being held in the field by the fence, once it had started to get light the mist had gradually built up and it moved across the field from the other side but no further, the strange thing is it got thicker as time went on but made no move to spread out over the road.
I'd crossed the road to try and get a wider angle but when I'd viewed it with the entire gate it looked odd to me so I went for this cut off gate look, I'm hoping that you will enjoy this photo :-) Thank You.
