A stunningly serene late Autumn morning at the River Brathay in the Lake District. After a failed shoot up Loughrigg Fell, I headed here, mainly because it was near by and still had a good chance of getting good quality light. A Great Oak tree was being bathed in warm light, really bringing out those Autumnal colours.The hoar frost, mist and reflections were an added bonus! One of my personal favourites and for the amount of planning I put into images, this one was an unexpected gift from the weather gods!
