A slightly odd wood duck in that a) it has strong elements of male plumage but female eye markings and b) it is living on its own in Kelsey Park, Beckenham, UK - so some way from its native North America. It has been resident in the area for a few years and seems happy enough. It is assumed to be an escapee from a private collection, but I guess it might just be adventurous. Lens: Nikkor 300mm f4
