Location
The photo was taken in a safari zoo in the Netherlands called 'Beekse Bergen'. It's a self drive park which offers opportunities to come really close to the animals.Time
The photo has been taken in the middle of the day. Because it was a cloudy day that was just fine, no harsh light but more soft which is perfect for close ups.Lighting
The shot was taken inside the car. It was hard using the brightest areas and composing the cheetah whithout distracting objects.Equipment
I used a Nikon D7200 with a telephoto lens Nikkor 70-300mm F5.6 at 300mm.Inspiration
My inspiration comes from the animal kingdom. The cheetah is such an astonishing animal. The spotted camouflaged coat make the cheetah look impressive. When the lazy cat yawned she showed all her teeth it was the perfect shot for me.Editing
In my nature photography I like to keep things as real as they can. I adjusted the basics such as contrast, highlights etc. No special techniques.In my camera bag
