Tubman is one of the Chimpanzees residing at the Wales Ape & Monkey Sanctuary. Born in around 1967, he was taken from the Wild, probably to be sold to a Medical Laboratory. Thankfully he was rescued, but as he couldnt be reintroduced into the wild he has spent his life in captivity, where he now lives in a peaceful setting in South Wales.
