Namibia has the only herd of desert elephants. These elephants have some very unique learned behavior. This mother was guarding her VERY new baby.

This little guy was just trucking along the Namibian desert, leaving a fabulous trail.

This Newfoundland puffin colony is located on a cliff, overlooking the sea. This little guy was looking for a good landing spot on the cliff.

At a waterhole, this impala young one took off at a dead run, being chased by an irate bird (the bird didn't catch him)

In Buenos Aires, this bird had absolutely no regard for the religious statue.

At a Namibian water hole, this young elephant hugged a younger one. A definite AAWWW moment

Chasing a puppy around a tree can be fun but trying to photograph that puppy is sometimes annoying.
