Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in the Alpine region in Switzerland in 2012. We went there with the family, and I observed the butterfly flying over the flower field. I thought, spring is here! suddenly the butterfly landed on a flower, and I took a photo, a unique shot.

Time

It was around noon when the sun was out

Lighting

Not at all. I was lucky to be at the right time, which allowed me to take a photo without preparation.

Equipment

This was a shot on a Nikon D7000 with a 18.0 - 105.0 mm f/3.5-5.6. NO other equipment was needed.

Inspiration

Only my naturalistic interest and the love of wild beauty.

Editing

raw processing to adjust basic parameters.

In my camera bag

Currently, I always pack my Nikon D750 and two or three lenses (35 mm f/1.8 / 24-70 mm f/2.8G and sometimes a 80-200 mm f/2.8 lense ), with a macro adapter

Feedback

Just observe, Take your time to observe nature, and have your camera ready to shot.
