Spotted Saxifrage (Saxifraga bronchialis) occur throughout the Rocky Mountain cordillera, and (I believe) across the Canadian Arctic into Greenland.
The spots on the petals are yellow closest to the center, and progress through orange and red to magenta at the outer edges. But it is often overlooked - you really have to get your eyes down close to see anything except the white petals.
