This beautiful stretch of country road is the Megalong Valley road, and just after Blackheath it has a beautiful stretch going through a rainforest. Dense forest and full of wildlife.

I had to stop and look around, as well as taking some pictures both in daylight and twilight, as this road makes such a lovely contrast to the forest. Not far along the road the landscape opens up to pastures and farmland, a stark contrast to this forest.
