I used my Nikon D600 with my traveling lens 28-300

Inspiration

The lava was entering pretty violently in the ocean and it was creating a great plume of steam.

Editing

I did the minimum for post processing. A bit of sharpening and color correction.

In my camera bag

To reach the point where the photo was taken it was necessary to walk for a long time on a very uneven surface so I only brought my camera, the lens and a light traveling tripod.

Feedback

At the moment the lava is not entering the ocean so it is not possible to take a similar shot
