Was this truly a manipulation? I don't see any tags hinting to this. I can't add it to Favorites in my photo challenge "Manipulating Landscapes" unless it is one.

Thanks for asking. It certainly is - it's been cropped, straightened, exposure adjusted (-2), blue filter added, black level adjusted, shadow & light adjusted .... and the moon .... well there wasn't one. :-). It is posted under the categories City, Landscape, Manipulations, Night, Water. I don't usually duplicate these as tags, but have added it on this one. I'll take your question as a compliment to my editing skills - LOL :-) (I'm only a novice with editing tools).

Hi again David. I have just posted the original shot to my VB gallery, so you can see the extent of the editing/manipulation.Checked the editing history file and see I forgot to mention above that I also applied a clarity filter and unsharpen masking ;-)
