A little pink light from the sun on the horizon, some blue hour night with the Milky Way showing itself the first month back. February the first month it shows during the new moon. The driftwood has moved around some due to Hurricane Matthew. Clouds were due at 3am just before the rise time BUT did not come till 9am, so you always go out just incase. You can look 5 days before and get some moonrise below if blessed with light.
