The photo was taken in National Park Biogradska Gora in Montenegro,one of the Europe last Rainforest.Time
This is one of my favorite image taken that day,it was 2 days before summer officially begins,picture was taken around noon.It was beautiful sunny day,but not worm,it was ideal for relaxing and exploring around,i was with my girlfriend when we came acros this wiew,it was like in the jungle movies,i already imagine the picture,and i just let my girlfriend to go ahead in front of me knowing that the scene will be much better with a right person in it. This picture is taken on 19 june 2016.Lighting
It was already moody scene,without much light,but ideal for this kind of pictures,mysterious and moody.Equipment
This was shot on a smartphone LG G4,using manual mode and shooting in RAW.Inspiration
I didn't plan to shoot this photo,i went to the National Park with my girlfriend to enjoy and relax. This place is tourist attraction,there is a beautiful lake that is filled with water melted from the mountains,surrounded with the Rainforest,you have a lots of viewpoint to enjoy nature,and that by itself is inspiring.It is a place where you can just point and shoot and you can't go wrong,but with little imagination,right angle,subject and a little bit of post processing you can create beautiful pictures.Editing
I do a post processing in Adobe Lightroom,in this case i try to keep it as simple and as natural as i can,i didn't want to do some have pos processing,a little exposure correction,shadows,black an white point,little color correction to bring those greens to life,split toning and vignetting.In my camera bag
I only have a smartphone,now i use Huawei P10 Plus,i always chose smartphones which have powerful manual mode and RAW capabilitiesFeedback
For this kind of picture you first need to feel the surroundings,to be aware of everything around you,you also need a right moment because this kind of places are crowded with tourist,you need to isolate yourself a little bit (ideally with somebody you can share that feelings) and all of this will help you to recognize the scene when you see it,something that will blow your mind and they only few other people will recognize.And then it is all about your technic and your imagination,finding the right composition,angle,what and where do you want people to pay attention to,it is always good to put the person in the scene,to add to the mood and mystery,because this kind of places are all about that.
