This is a wolf at a local wildlife rehab center near Lake Placid NY. They offer a program called "Walk with the Wolves" that allows people to have an up close encounter with the "big, bad wolf"! It also allows photographers to be able to photograph them in a more wild setting vs thru a fence. There were two wolves and they were very gentle & playful!
