Brittan had a ways to go before her trek was over, but she found herself needing a break from walking. She had been traveling non stop for quite while. This was not a journey for sport, not this time around. She had come out this way to once more gain insight and knowledge from elders and ancients who had left various volumes of tomes inscribed with spells and methods from the old ages. The pilgrimage of Sages was a task created by the fey she was governed by, (these fey, ruled similar to the Seelie Court fashion.) It was not an easy task or for the faint of heart.
Brittan wasn't afraid though, she had made the pilgrimage many times, for she had lived for a little over a few centuries. As such is the fate of the sages. They are practitioners of modern magics for the courts of fey they serve under. Brittan inhaled and decided that this rest, was well earned...
