Location
This image was taken in the living room of the clients home in San Diego California.Time
Around 3pmLighting
The lighting was a window off to the left of the image.Equipment
I used a very basic Canon camera with a lot lens. It goes to show equipment isn't what makes an image.Inspiration
The father was holding his little girl who was reaching for her mom. To me it was a wonderful way to show a bond.Editing
I did make the image black and white and cropped it.In my camera bag
I have since updated my gear but still use a Canon 6d for it's awesome abilities in low light. I also use sigma art lens, and have lighting I bring to photoshootsFeedback
Sometimes the best images are the moments unplanned and the "in between" poses. The times when the people in front of the camera let their guard down and forget you are even there before looking up and putting their camera face on.
