Behind The Lens

Location

I was at work the day I took this photo. Trying to capture some lightning but got rained out. When I went back outside I noticed this puddle and got an idea for a photo opportunity.

Time

It’s during the evening. The sun was getting ready to set.

Lighting

I wanted to line up the camera with the sun reflecting off the puddle.

Equipment

This was with a Nikon D5300

Inspiration

The idea I got when the sun reflected off the puddle and blinded me!

Editing

I use Lightroom and I think I only did a little post-processing.

In my camera bag

I carry 2 Sony A7’s, a Nikon D5300, and a Nikon D90.

Feedback

You just have to be at the right place with the right equipment at the right time.
