how can such a low quality photo featured in the Hall Fame. Pardon me, I don't want to be unpolite but as a photo hobbyst I cannot separate the technical quality from the emotional aspect: given that I don't feel enough "vibrations" looking at the photo the final result is given by the technical point of view. It's a less than ordinary digital shot (maybe taken with a smartphone in the last moments of light of the day) with so much digital noise and banding that I cannot appreciate it.
