Plumbago Blue
Plumbago auriculata, also known as the Cape plumbago or sky flower.
I added the plumbago flowers to my garden because I love the light blue color of the flowers. Downside, I did not realize that it actually has a high toxic quality similiar to poison ivy. However hummingbirds LOVE it so even it with it's risk I keep it in my garden.
