Black Sabbath 14.11.07 Ronnie James Dio. Cardiff gig.

I was very lucky to meet Gloria Butler at the start of my photography career in fact the first gig I photographed was The Darkness, The Clams and 3 Inches of Blood and I managed to keep in touch with 3 Inches of Blood and they were playing another gig in Cardiff 2003 where there happened to be Gloria Butler's son's band playing apartment 26. I was then only just starting out so had entry level equipment anyway I was probably annoying as I was confident and thought I could do anything and did not bother that I did not have much experienced and worked hard to get lots of experience. Anyway from the first time I gave my business card to Gloria Butler we have kept in touch even if it is on line mainly. I can say that Gloria has been so inspirational and really helped me work hard to get to where I was as Gloria gave me a chance to photograph her son's band at an arena gig and I just worked hard and was very fortunate that in 2007 I had a photo pass to photograph Black Sabbath when Ronnie James Dio was lead singer for the Dio years. Heaven 'n' Hell tour. It has been a huge honour to have a chance to photograph the band. When I photographed Black Sabbath on 14th November 2007 I was over 9 months pregnant. My baby was due on 3rd November and well I did not let this stop me as had a brilliant time and baby was kicking all through the gig. Thank you Gloria for giving me a chance and to Black Sabbath for the amazing music.
