I took this photograph when covering the Gay Pride Parade 2016 in my hometown (A Coruña, Spain). I had just in front of me two girls who were tenderly holding hands one each other. I thought that the best way to represent that tenderness was, precisely, taking a photograph of their intertwined colourful hands, and taking advantage of the contrast between their respective coats.
