During a working holiday, I managed three days at Mount Bromo. However, in January, the conditions around the volcano met with wild rain, fog and turbulent winds that only allowed for me to grab one shot during a two minute reprieve before the rains fell again. Unfortunately, I could only manage to see two of the five volcanos inside the caldera as blankets of fog hindered my view completely for all three days of my trip. In the far left corner is another mountain which is a three hour drive from the caldera. Such a beautiful place to explore.
