This incredibly beautiful valley, Ropojana, is situated on the border between Montenegro and Albania, the mountains at its far end actually being in Albania. We did not hike all the way there, but the valley itself is absolutely enchanting, and the ever changing clouds just made the entire scene even more epic :)
