Fort Worth's Sundance Square glistens in holiday lights each December. Santa Claus greets visitors under the majestic Christmas tree. The iconic Chisholm Trail Mural Building adds the Cowtown touch to the festive scene. Lights and longhorns; yep, it's Christmas in Cowtown!

The Chisholm Trail Mural is the work of Richard Haas. Completed in 1985, the mural depicts Fort Worth's rich Cowtown heritage and connection to the famed cattle trail. Painted in the French troupe l'oeil style ("deceive the eye"), the herd of Texas Longhorns appear to emerge from the building into the square.
