Actually shot in broad daylight, I applied a preset originally created for another image, and found the almost day for night effect interesting for the scene. The white balance is intentially thrown well off to help achieve the stark setting.The tower is known as the bird tower, in Abington Park, Northampton. Though, I do not know what its original purpose was. But the pigeons seem to like it.
