This photo is from the Charles bridge in Prague. As I saw the dark clouds approaching I ran for cover. I could sense the rain coming. A minute after having found shelter under the eastern portal to the bridge the rain hit the bridge. As people were running over the bridge in desperation to find shelter this lady just looks cool about it and when I take the photo she stretches her hand out like she just noticed that it is in fact raining cats and dogs. Hence the name Is it raining.
