The Oregon coast sunset

I consider myself lucky enough to capture this spectacular view with setting sun and partial fog.

Great picture! It would be even greater if the sensor dust spot was removed with PS/LR

Thank you so much! I have removed that sensor dust but don't know how to update only image.

I haven't come across a way to update the image in Viewbug; I am afraid the image needs to be removed first and the new version re-uploaded, which implies that you loose all history, commentary and awards...

Beautiful shot! I can't even see any dust spot, so it must not be too much of a distraction. Where along the coast is this?

Behind The Lens

Location
Samuel Boardman , Oregon , USA
Time
Sunset hour
Lighting
The show time was too short because the thin patchy fog and clouds blocked sunlight until sunset. I am glad I did not leave early and finally see the beautiful sunset colors.
Equipment
Sony a7RII with Zeiss Batis 18mm and tripod.
Inspiration
I like long exposure seascapes and traveled to west coast from time to time for doing photographs similar to this.
Editing
Lens correction, shadow/highlight and color adjustment.
In my camera bag
Sony a7RII, Zeiss Batis 18mm, Sony 90mm macro, speedlite, remote release cable, ND and PL filters.
Feedback
It's very dangerous. Do not do this unless you are experienced. Safety first!!
