This image has multiple meanings for me. I originally made this image with the intention of turning them into cyanotypes however creativity doesn't always work and the photographs lost too much depth and became one dimensional when tried using that process however what i was left with was a series of images that some how depicted exactly how i was feeling at the time and If I'm truly honest sometimes i still am feeling like my thoughts are so puzzled and i can't see a clear way through the walls of life that seem so black and white to everyone else but yet they just seemed to keep closing in further and further with there never seeming to be a light at the end of the way. Life is certainly not black and white, thats for sure. There are so many varying shades of grey that sometimes its so hard to tell what colour or what way up or down anything is anymore but every now and then if we get really lucky we catch the smallest glimpse, a little flicker of light to hold too like theres no tomorrow
