"Ci vuole tutta la vita per imparare a vivere" This photo was taken while studying abroad in Europe. By sheer dumb luck I was given the opportunity to actually study abroad at an affordable rate and though the program took me to Austria and Germany for 5 weeks, my true mission was to find my way to Italy. I was able to spend only one weekend in Venice but it is my life goal to get back to Italy because I fell absolutely in love with the colors, the art, the culture, music and even the local areas that might not be as well off. I learned that the streets of Venice are almost like the back yard of the homes. The front doors are located on the water as seen from the gondola in this photo. It was such an unbelievable place and I learned so much in just one weekend I would love an opportunity to expand my travels to Italy again.
