My friend and I Ruth Smith visited this historic ship on 29 November 2016.
HMS Trincomalee of 1817 is preserved in Jackson Dock West Hartlipool and is open to the public most days.We were a bit unfortunate to visit on a day when a large crane was used to restore some rigging, but I hope to re visit at some future date.
