I have been attempting to teach myself this type of shot. Can you please tell me what lens and the settings you happen to use? I love this photo and think it is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. I currently have a canon mark iii with some basic lenses. If you could throw some tips, I would be so grateful.

Hi, thank you for your feedback! I used my Olympus OMD EM5 with the ZUIKO Mft 60mm 1:2,8 Macro + a tripod and a cable release. The snowflakes have been very very small. So i took afterwards a picture cutout from the macro shot. I also teach myself and now we have the best weather for nice macros ;-)
