I was the 1st one to spot this guy in danger. I alerted lifeguards of the situation. There was nothing I could do because the only way to reach the diver was to repel down the cliff and bring him up. Here I caught the moment of his 1st steps on safe ground. 1st place in the San Diego County Fair Photo exhibition 2007.
