Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my home - improv studio

Time

It was shoot late in the afternoon , when the natural light its low and it doesn't interfere since this location is next to a giant window facing my patio

Lighting

well.. I have been trying new things, new ways to se the nude female beauty so I was mainly interested on the shadows..I did play around with lighting quit a bit until I found the desired effect, single speed light here on a umbrella.

Equipment

Canon 6D with a 50 mm lens , tripod , wireless trigger which allows me to move around directing the model or moving the lights.

Inspiration

as you can see looking at my profile gallery , I love the female form beauty and all it transmits.. how ever, it not at all just about seeing a naked woman, so , I been playing with more subtle ways to portrait its beauty. also just experimenting new views in photography in general..

Editing

just some cleansing of the skin in photoshop and of course the transfer to B&W

In my camera bag

it really depends of what Im shooting but usually 2 6D bodies, Lenses from 24 to 200 and maybe one speed light.

Feedback

dare to play around!! with the concepts, with the lights.. with the framing and composition. oh, and very important, keep your models as comfortable as you can.
