This was taken while hiking the Superstition Mountains in Arizona. The hikers are almost lost in the massive rocks. The mountains extend in seemingly endless rows to the horizon. Ominous clouds complete the image - I needed to put the camera away shortly after this, as we completed a dangerous descent in rain.
