: The story here is relatively simple but unique. Generally, most of us who are fortunate enough to afford saloons for haircuts and shaves have never had the experience of being shaved off by a roadside barber. We all sit in chairs inside a ac-non-ac saloon and get the work done but this roadside barber was working with the same diligence that any hard-working man would do his work with. He didn’t have a mirror. A thought struck me, what it would be like to be in the customer’s place to trust a person wholly on his skills of his job. Then I noticed the way the barber shaving off the edges of his hair at the back. It was totally in a different way than what we have seen inside a regular saloon. This was an entirely different barber story which was going on here. This is no air-conditioned saloon with hairstylists, sprays, mirrors etc. but a regular man trying to earn a living, working on the road. I tried to view it from a different angle as I was studying the concept juxtapositions and humor in photography through various works of experts at that time. Hence I tried to do something on those lines sand the result is in the image.
