Set up was on the cliffs overlooking Cape Arago Lighthouse with NIKON D3100
f-111-500200mmISO360 on a tripod. I waited for the waves and birds to be all in the same frame. I set it for good depth of field as the near cliffs are half a mile from the lighthouse.
