Tír na nÓg means 'Land of the Young', and is a part of the Celtic folklore of the Otherworld. There is an old Celtic legend of a mortal man who fell in love with a woman from the Otherworld, climbing onto her horse and living with her in Tír na nÓg for three years until he pined for his friends and family.
She lent him her horse to visit the mortal world, however he could not get off otherwise the years that he'd spent in the Otherworld would catch up with him and he could never return to her.
He climbed on top of the horse and raced across the ocean to find that over 300 years had passed since he'd left Ireland. He stops to help some men moving a stone and the girth of his saddle breaks, throwing him to the ground.
Instantly his 300 years of cheated death catch up with him and he dies of old age whilst the horse returns to Tír na nÓg.
The idea is that she model has clasped you by the arm or is directing you to follow her. Why don't you follow her and see what wonders await? :P
