A plane revs it's engines, preparing to takeoff from the short, steep runway at Lukla airport, one of the most dangerous airports in the world.
Lukla is a tiny town in the Nepal Himalaya, used by many trekkers as the gateway to Mount Everest and Sagarmartha National Park. The last plane to take off can be seen banking left as it heads down the valley towards Kathmandu.
