I took this shot one afternoon while taking a stroll down the beach at Natures Valley just east of Plettenberg Bay on South Africa's Garden Route. I saw this piece of driftwood and decided to pick it up and plant in straight up in the sand. It looked so striking standing there all alone in the sand I just had to take a picture.
