Sub is actual waterline structure of the Oberon Class submarine HMAS Otway. Built for Royal Australian Navy 1966 to 1979. Overall length 90m, Beam 8m, Displacement surface 2039 tonnes, submerged 2444tonnes, oil 376tonnes, Diesel-Electric . It was decommissioned and rebuilt by the township of Holbrook in NSW Australia which is 400kms from the ocean. Area is used as a memorial to submariners.
