I didnt wish to wake that morning after hectic previous day. No amount of cajoling or request or slapping could have shaken me out of stupor. All I wanted to do was sleep at my hotel room. Until my friend, Mustaaq, whom I met during my travel to Gujarat started knocking at door pestering me to get up.

Tired, half asleep, half dead, i opened the room and fell back asleep only to have him physically off the bed. I glared at him. If looks could kill, he would have been burnt alive.

It was almost time for sunrise and I complained what was the use to go after beng so late. Nonetheless, he pushed me. I got ready, slung my camera and went off on bike to beach. Sleeping.

It was peaceful over there. Fresh air, chilly breeze, warm sun rays, cold water.. with my feets deep inside wet sand how could i not awake myself and witness the glorious radiant dawn.
